EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Not quite right for you? No worries! At CHEETAH, we offer free and easy returns within 14 days of delivery - no questions asked!

RETURN OPTIONS AVAILABLE 

You can choose one of the following: 

• Exchange your item for a different size or color (same style only)
• Get a full refund to your original payment method
• Request a replacement for a wrong or defective item

RETURN POLICY CHECKLIST

Before you return an item, make sure it meets the following criteria:

• Is it within 14 days of receiving your order?
• Are all tags attached, and is the item in its original packaging?
• Is it neatly packed with the invoice included?
• Is the item unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition?

Please provide the following details to help us process your request quickly:

• Full name (as per IC)
• Bank name
• Account number
• Order number

EXCHANGE POLICY

• Exchanges are only available for the size and/or color of the same style.
• Exchanges for different products are not allowed. For that, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order.
• For hygiene reasons, essential items are not eligible for exchange.

REFUND POLICY

• Refunds will be issued via your original method of payment.
• Only the amount listed on the invoice will be refunded. Shipping and other additional costs are non-refundable.
• Please allow up to 14 working days to process your refund.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

CHEETAH reserves the right to withhold refunds until the returned item has been received at our warehouse.

• Ensure your refund details are accurate and complete. Incomplete or incorrect information will result in the refund being issued as Store Credit.
• If your order was paid using both Store Credit and another method, the refund will be proportioned accordingly.
• Voucher codes are non-refundable and cannot be reissued. If you return an item purchased with a voucher, only the final amount paid (after discount) will be refunded.
• Requests to reverse Store Credit refunds will not be accepted after 30 days from the refund date.
• If Store Credit is used on a new order (including exchanges), any refund from that order will be reissued as Store Credit only, regardless of the refund method chosen.
